Why are we called ROAR Compassion?

We pondered for a long time about our company name. We went through all the Greek Goddesses, all the latin words for wellbeing, all the nature references to growth and somewhere in there we found ROAR.

ROAR stands for Restorative Outcomes And Resilience.

 We knew what was important to us and this summed it up:

• We want to build restoration and resilience in people and the teams they work in.

• Research backed work is fundamental to us so we want to measure our outcomes so you know it makes a difference

• Being compassionate is a solid place to start in every area of life. Being compassionate helps people and teams feel comfortable, safe and heard.
