01.
Consultation
Understanding how to initiate psychological support can be challenging for managers and teams. To address this, we collaborate with you to develop a comprehensive roadmap for psychological support. Leveraging our clinical and strategic skills, we help identify and clarify the specific challenges faced. This approach ensures tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each participant and team.
02.
Assessment of Need
We determine the appropriate level of psychological support by assessing the specific needs of individuals and aligning this with the right support. To achieve this, we create tailored questionnaires designed to evaluate resilience and levels of distress among participants. This process helps ensure that each person receives the right level of care and support needed for their unique circumstances.

Calm and Resilience Building Workshops
These workshops integrate psychoeducation around stress and well-being with hands-on strategies for enhancing resilience. These sessions are designed as independent workshops, providing both foundational knowledge and practical tools to help participants manage stress more effectively. They also serve as a springboard for the Restorative Outcomes workshops. We know that. interventions delivered in personalised group settings tend to be more impactful ***.

Restorative Outcomes Workshops
These sessions use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to focus on addressing specific, distressing events that may contribute to burnout and stress. Research indicates that the Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (GTEP) effectively reduces markers of distress and increases overall wellbeing, leaving participants feeling calmer, more resilient, and less emotionally affected by the recalled events. The structured and time-limited nature of G-TEP makes it a viable option for addressing mental health challenges in high-demand work environments. By the end of a session, individuals often report a renewed sense of balance and reduced emotional intensity regarding the targeted experiences. Conducted in a group setting, these sessions allow participants to engage in mostly silent, private work with support from facilitators, benefiting from the shared experience without needing to disclose personal details.
